  Great washer, and great service! My husband and I were full of questions and Tony had all the answers - turns out he's been in this business for over 30 yrs! He keeps only the brands he trusts on the showroom floor. He helped us pick the right washing machine for our needs and after using it a few days now, we couldn't be happier. We needed to replace our old one asap and Tony had our old one removed and the new one installed the next morning, and right at the time he said. And all for a great value! Would definitely recommend. Oh - but google thinks the address is located in a mobile home park across the street, so we had trouble finding it.

  My experience didn't start off so nice with this company. I needed my washing machine repaired. The guy who initially took my request lost my information and I had to make another appointment. (Lost 1 star on the rating. ) On the 2nd attempt, the repair tech was prompt and professional. It was a simple repair, but they wanted to charge an inflated price to fix it. (Lost another star here.) The repair tech was nice enough to give me the part number and show me how to replace it myself! An honest tech is hard to find. I appreciate his help!
