They allowed me to closely examine and take detailed pictures of the bike so I could go to a local bike shop and get an estimate of any work it would need to be ride ready. When I came back they negotiated and ultimately dropped the price a bit to make it a great bargain for me. That was almost 6 months ago and I have put over 300 miles on that Jamis. Very happy!
